Joe Fidanzo – From the Ground Up: Real Estate Expertise Built on Decades of Home Knowledge
With a career rooted in hands-on experience and a deep understanding of homes from the ground up, I bring a unique perspective to real estate. In 1991, I founded Triple T Inc., a company that began with a focus on residential landscaping. As the business grew and achieved financial stability, we expanded into commercial landscaping and added a maintenance division. Working closely with both new and existing homes gave me valuable insight into construction, drainage, foundation grading, retaining walls, and soil types. This knowledge continues to serve me well in real estate today.
As my family grew, so did my interest in real estate. I gradually transitioned out of landscaping, maintaining my license for a few years, and began my real estate career with Century 21 in Redmond, Oregon, in late 2016. I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year in 2017, a reflection of my passion for helping people make smart, informed decisions about their future.
After moving to Eagle Crest Resort, I joined Eagle Crest Properties and later followed our principal broker to his new firm, where I continued to grow professionally. In 2020, I relocated to Arizona, but a serious medical issue required me to pause and focus on my health. Now on the road to full recovery and with my licenses reinstated in both Arizona and Oregon, I’m thrilled to be back doing what I love: helping clients navigate the real estate journey with confidence and care.
